Need to make compositions list auto-refresh #52

Need to add an event to the Compositions list to do an automatic refresh when going to drop down. Another possibility is the add a filesystem monitor to the compositions list and do a refresh when a new or modified code class is made

Also, some nice features would be: 1 - Allow to right click and download Current sketch 2 - Short Cut or hot keys to download existing sketch 3 - Ability to set current folder by right click on project menu
