Slight glitching on Pi Zero #69

Gentle crackling on Pi Zero running with HiFiBerry Amp+. Need to come up with proper test suite.

TODO: audit all of the network comms processes running, and allow them all to be set on/off or have their ping rates changed. Above all, turn off the synchronizer.
