What steps will reproduce the problem?

分词a的时候，不能得出结果。
x-noise-charactor.dic和x-noise-word.dic文件里面的词都不能出结果，�
��是在这两个文件中好像没有“a”这个词。
有没有什么办法解决这个问题？谢谢。
