Devanagari font submitted but not listed as a web font.

Dear Sir,

One of our friend has submitted a Font called Siddhanta which is a Devanagari 
Font about six months ago. Neither his font is made available nor he got any 
communication from Google informing him why his font was not listed. May we 
know what could be the reason for not getting the font listed as a WebFont?
