GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Mac OS X 10.6.8, using Mercurial 1.8.2+20110401, enter "hg clone
https://code.google.com/p/googlefontdirectory/"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to get a clone of the repository. Instead, I get the following output:
destination directory: googlefontdirectory
requesting all changes
adding changesets
adding manifests
adding file changes
transaction abort!
rollback completed
abort: Connection reset by peer

This happens to me sometimes, when my internet connection isn't reliable;
perhaps wifi signal intermittence. :)

I've never had this problem before when cloning other Mercurial repositories.

For whatever it's worth, I'm encountering exactly the same problem, both from a
Mac running Mercurial 1.9.1 on a residential cable modem and from a remote
Linux system running Mercurial 1.6.4 at a colocation facility.

Repeated attempts result in the same behavior.
