Which Browser and Adblocker are supported? #1

Please add in readme which browser are supported and which adblocker this plugin (+version) can detect ;)

I have make a short test and under firefox with adblockplus 2.7.1 its not working.

Hi mate :) thanks for testing, unfortunately I did the plugin for the needs of a project, after I left abandoned. But soon we will have a new update (without the need to prove jQuery and will test the plugin Mozilla).

In any case, it must be compatible with any Adblock because this plugin creates a test ad and verifies that the user uses an AdBlock to remove that ad.
