OK, so I didn't have much to do on a three day train journey with no internet, so I got this book to a good place.

General changes:

Moved into a folder structure for chapters and language
Added a contributing guide
Lots of lots of words
Emojis indicating what chapters need work
A rough estimate counter letting me know we're at 13k words and roughly 60% of the book is done
