@RHydrophis RoF determines how many times that weapon can attack.
For example, if your weapon has 1 Rof, you can do a Fast Attack or 1 Strong Attack, your extra action cannot be done with your weapon, but rather trying to strangle, knock down the opponent with your hands.
And if your RoF is 2, you can make an extra attack.
As monsters do not make Fast Attacks and Strong Attacks, they attack normally, but if they have RoF 2 they can make an extra attack.
@pedroaugustobt interesting. I personally don't use it at all. (For me) everyone can make extra attacks (except with ranged weapons). Does it say that in the rule book or is it a homebrewed rule?
As a suggestion, you may want to delete the Rate of Fire cell on weapon sheets; they serve no purpose since weapons do not have an inherent ROF. I have deleted it myself in systems\TheWitcherTRPG\templates\sheets\weapon-sheet (lines 60, 121 and 122) and it does not affect anything else.
I realize this is a very shallow comment in comparison to other issues, I apologize in advance.
