Create an API Publishing and OpenAPI document distribution plugin for Kong Insomnia

Problem:

Currently, API's are:

• Published via LoadBalancers
• Advertised via DNS
• Documented via various OpenAPI publication strategies
• Augmented by s3 or other object storage for static data
• Trusted by TLS certificates issued by public CA services

Proposal:

Create a UOR Collection which consolidates all of these separate aspects of API publishing
