upgrade ip-address dependency version #15

Is it possible to update the ip-address dependency from 5.9.4 to pull in the latest major version? In particular there's a commit included in ip-address 6.2 that would be nice to get in here to reduce bundle size: https://github.com/beaugunderson/ip-address/pull/92
