get rid of .lastbuild.yml #81

Database meta should be stored in the database itself

at some point if there's too much metadata we might consider re-adding that file[^1], but sidecar files are annoying

[^1]: see db metadata is essentially duplicated as it's stored in every work, to keep the structure consistent
