Update xml dependency to 4.2.0 #75

Addresses issue #74

Xml dependency can be upgraded to 4.2.0 and all the tests still pass (via dart pub test).

I think there's not much we can do here. Another PR had implemented the same changes. I think we can close this @AlexMeuer
