"Download file" (without having to first place it in a cart, which is then
zipped up before download) and file/folder renaming are also awkward and
difficult to discover. The "Download file" link should be in the file's
selection bar instead of in the top menu, and there should be a "rename" action
selectable from the file or folder's bar rather than in the properties dialog
area to the left.
Due to issues of screen real estate, a combo box (drop-down menu) would
probably be the best solution. The contents of the menu will need to be
context-sensitive for folders or files. ***NOTE***: the "delete" action
DESPERATELY needs a confirmation dialog before execution, which it does not
currently have!

Context menu for folders should include "Add folder to cart" - an option which
is currently not possible at all, but would be greatly beneficial - "Create
sub-folder", "Rename folder", and "Delete folder". The delete action, again,
NEEDS a confirmation dialog box before the action is completed.
