I have the screen recordings of using the GUI from e.g. my BPSC talk, so would make sense to include these in the documentation pages rather than just having the static images. We could also possibly replace the static GUI image in the README with a screen recording (though would need some checking to ensure it works smoothly across GitHub and PyPI).
