Investigate issues uncovered in xdebugs develop mode #34

Some errors only occur when certain configurations are set.

Here is a selection of several culprits in php.ini that need investigating:

[x] zend.exception_ignore_args = Off
[x] zend.exception_string_param_max_len = 15
[x] error_reporting = E_ALL
[x] display_errors = On
[x] display_startup_errors = On
[x] extension=sockets
[x] phar.readonly = On
[x] mysqlnd.collect_memory_statistics = On
[x] opcache.max_accelerated_files=1000000
[x] opcache.optimization_level=0x7FFFBFFF
[x] opcache.protect_memory=0

Upon further investigation, it was found that xdebug.mode=develop causes the difference in observed issues.
