Partial data still added to intracellular_recordings if add_intracellular_recording fails #67

Additional issue in #66 :

The second add_intracellular_recording, the one causing the issue, still manages to add an additional row (just with the electrode) in the table. This is not very important (since it fails anyway :) but perhaps it shouldn't happen.
