Adapt Flask example to work with Ory Cloud playground

Example Flask App using Ory Kratos and Ory Keto already has tests for the local deploy. We also want to make sure it works with the Ory Cloud playground and test both the playground and the local deploy in a automated test, similar to the one we have for django.
