fix: [hydra helm chart] init container resources

fix init container resources (toYaml was missing)
bug was introduced in: https://github.com/ory/k8s/pull/560
not sure why the tests did not catch that: https://github.com/ory/k8s/blob/master/hacks/values/hydra.yaml#L13-L19
