FWIW, looking at that page, here are the questions I'd suggest considering:
- -- In the left menus, under clients, under OS Clients, where's Mac OS X?
(e.g., where's the dmg for me to click on)? Where's Windows 7 (e.g.,
a normal packaged Windows installer)?
If you're not going to offer a solution for that, that's fine, but I'd
explicitly say so.
"I use MacOS X 10.6.8. Can I use it, or do I need to be on 10.7?"
(10.5.8 and earlier should be told to upgrade)
- -- Under "Installation" / "From Source" / 1., "To get current versions of
libssl-dev and openssl-devel, go to..."
Ditto for make and automake
Ditto for build-essential
- -- You may also want to do a section on installations for those who may
not have root (think student users needing to install into a local
user directory instead of system directories)
- -- Where do you discuss getting the required API key in the wiki?
