feeds: maxrecord limit not holding #206

The maxrecords var in .cif is set to 10k,
but feeds are returning more than 10k, is this ok? Is this the meaning of this 
var?

returns 10k ++
query: infrastructure/scan
severity: medium
confidence: 65 

returns about 20k
query: infrastructure/botnet
severity: medium
confidence: 65
