Error with readthedocs theme #129

Hello i have an error in log when i use readthedocs theme include by mkdocs with mkdocs theme why ?

mkdocs serve --livereload
INFO     -  Building documentation...
ERROR    -  Could not load theme handler readthedocs: No module named 'mkdocs_with_pdf.themes.readthedocs'
INFO     -  Cleaning site directory

Same here ... any hints? Also, the 'PDF' button is not visible (since your code consider 'material' theme. Any tips on how to enable it with mkdocs/readthedocs theme?
