How do I use the '.pages' or other plugins #98

First: cool project. This is nicely well done. Thank you!

Secondly, Presently I'm using awesome-pages plugin.

I have a reasonably nested folder structure that allows for more thorough documentation efforts. How might I make that happen?

There are a few other plugins and extensions (mostly from material) don't appear to be honored too.

How might I go about enabling those?

Ps. this reveals a similar issue, but I am using .pages files in each one of the directories and the solution does not appear to work?
