adding a few extra options to 'registrations' #171

I met with my team last night and we were discussing how helpful this would be for not only us but for all schools as far as attendance goes

would it be possible to create a few other options under registrations for students where the current options are, "registered", "unregistered"?

in our dream world, we would love to after class have the option to change their attendance to "no-show" if they didn't end up coming and also the option for "suspended" that would stop a student from being able to register for classes if they never showed up once that was chose for their email if they tried to sign up again

but ideally if we could just have the "no-show" option that would cut out a lot of the forms we use to track all of that!
