Can't add new organisers - 403 forbidden #191

screen shot 2015-05-28 at 11 06 31 Hello! We are trying to add new organisers to run Trade School Loughton - they need a new user profile. On the branch, we are clicking on the green plus sign under the organisers list - and it takes to a page which says 403 forbidden. Help! :)
