PRIORITY "email us" doesn't open an email or contact form; we also need a mailing list #28

When they click email us, it should open an email with info@woundstudycenter.com

Can you also say "add me to the mailing list" and make a form field that populates a google spreadsheet? That way I can track people outside of tons of emails.

I updated the email link address but I'm not sure what you mean about the google spreadsheet. Do you have an example that I can look at?

Embedding the form in an iframe is kind of a break in the design of the site. Would it be okay to link to it?
