As mentioned in the other issue, the Fedora docs seem indeed quite outdated. I suppose that's because the original contributors lost interest. Maybe it makes sense to remove it completely if even most of the URLs aren't working anymore. So please follow the openSUSE section instead. It might also still have some rough edges but at least active contributors might be able to help.

Please note that I still haven't removed the Fedora-specific parts. However, I've got a positive response for doing so in the mentioned PR so that would be the next step.
