Define a model whereby users can specify a prioritization of available data sources to use in an analysis. Two examples are:
Hazard data for physical risk
S1/S2 emissions intensity data for ITR
Ideally this will result in a common set of idioms that can be used widely across all tools and will scale as more data sources become available to provide coverage for OS-Climates many use cases.
