Define visualization requirements for hazard-indicators to highlight (scenario/time-related) changes

This GitHub issue aims to address the needs of analysing risk evolution over time and different climate scenarios, while also focusing on an effective user interface. The screen will still remain as more of a 'dashboard' so it is worth looking at map designs, graphical designs, and text.
