Here is the latest official link for the Central Government's Budget Statistics from 2007 to the proposed 2013. It's in PDF. The government provide them in both Indonesian and English.

@elfacosmosa do you have any of this extracted to a spreadsheet format or similar?

We do, but it's in Indonesian, we input them by ourselves. We've tried several pdf converter program, but none work as we expected, so a lot more work needs to be done after being converted. Official files in spreadsheet format are not available.

Currently in the middle of translating it. Using previous Budget Statistics as guidelines.

@elfacosmosa I tried to have a look in the dropbox link, but it didn't work. Could you upload the spreadsheet to datahub.io (or google drive)?
