I can see system requirement, but no install instructions in INSTALL.md file. Is it normal ?

What you really want is this, since you have to build from scratch: https://github.com/os-fpga/Raptor/blob/main/BUILD.md Just added a note on that in the INSTALL.md

Pre-built executable need to be inquired through Rapid Silicon https://rapidsilicon.com/contact-us/
