Messenger bot #4

I feel like this is an old idea but we can definitively work on this. I saw a lot of open source project involving messenger bot of some kind. We can either use Slack chat bot or FB messenger bot.

I still got those tutorials 😃 we can definitely refine and host a project/workshop series
