Missing information about address format #587

Hi all,

Are address formats on the dark side of the moon? No administration info just only one drop select when edit countries. (1, 2 3, 4 5, 6..)

Is address_summary an obsolate field in address_format table? :construction:

Your proposition is welcome and with this development we can see exactly the different address approach inside countries files..
