I'm currently trying to utilise the plug-in in order to allow the use of single sign-on within my helpdesk. However, the plug-in itself is not working as it was not able to include several important osticket classes. I thought I could rectify this by simply resetting the constant in the plug-in script. Although this fixed the immediate errors being displayed. This issue is now occurring with classes which are included by the referenced OST classes. After doing some preliminary testing. It would appear that the constant is not set.
