Password Field for LDAP Bind Credentials is limited to 30 characters #256

Hi I just setup a new installation of osTicket. When configuring the LDAP connection I noticed (after some troubleshooting) That the Password field is limited to 30 characters. As my Password is longer than this this caused some issues to me configureing this.
