Feature Summary

Basic CRUD functionality for the API Key table.

It would be really nice if we can have an API call to get specific report such as:

  1. Report of cases resolved, closed, received, reopened per Department for a particular timeframe.
  2. Report of cases resolved, closed, received, reopened per Team for a particular timeframe.
  3. Report of cases resolved, closed, received, reopened per Agent for a particular timeframe.

It would be very useful to be able to consult tickets by user data (phone, email...), company to which they belong...
