Feature Summary

These features cannot be implemented until certain other features are complete.

[ ] Send Password reset email when creating Agent
- Needs SMTP
[ ] Require new password on next login
- We need to decide the UI flow for how to display this
[ ] Set Authentication Backend
- We need to think about how the backends will be determined and enforced.
