Fixes a few semantic html mistakes I made where the nav and header were inside main. It has been corrected now.
Adds blocking for the news page, although it's still really rough and we'd need to figure out how to make it responsive.
Adds calendar page and the MonthCalendar component which uses FullCalendar and the language context to set locale.

This is not ready for merge yet
