form elements should flow below robin hood logo and above stats view

I've discussed it with Aksely and implementing a clean responsive styling will require a lot of additional work if we want it to flow properly. This will be postponed for now and integrated in v2. Though, if I have some free time, I may start working on it earlier.

the header (i.e. ROBIN HOOD COOP) is floating outside of the view to the left
the form sticks to the right, and is barely visible. it can be filled in with a lot of scrolling left and right, but probably only because i know that there is more to fill in. that will be super confusing for new members
