Flow Latency Analysis sometimes fails to produce an output variable #1

Under conditions that are not yet clear, the FlowLatency plugin will not produce an output variable. This means the analysis can't be used, since it will crash ATSV if an expected value isn't supplied.

It looks like the behavior can be caused when a non-default subcomponent is selected / swapped in.
