Mechanism to specify non-choicepoint information

With the introduction of the choicepoint language, we no longer need (or will need, once #6 is complete) the choicepoint-specification part of the .properties file.

But GTSE uses other information beyond choicepoint specifications -- this will need to be specified in some alternate way. This information includes:

• Which analyses to run.
  • Current specification:

    ## The id of the analysis to run

Looks like we'll also need to specify which analyses to run -- I've edited the OP to include an example of that as well.

I added the current proposal for configurator specification syntax in the .properties file. The syntax should be ok how it is now, but I'll know for sure once #18 is complete.
