Verify that connections in swapped components are swapped correctly #4

Given #2, it is possible that connections aren't being maintained when components get swapped. This would cause significant issues with flow instantiation.

The purple is the model as it's designed, the red is what should be verified after swapping the two inner elements for one another.

The correct behavior would be checked by inspecting the instance model, rather than a particular analysis. h/t @lwrage
