AADL Navigator sorting broken #1823

Summary

Newly added AADL packages are not inserted in the correct position in the navigator tree.

Expected and Current Behavior

New package files should be sorted after project dependencies and contributed AADL in alphabetic file name order.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run OSATE on an empty workspace
  2. Create a new project
  3. Create AADL packages using the wizard
  4. New packages are not necessarily added in alphabetic order, sometimes between virtual nodes for project dependencies and contributed AADL

Can't reproduce this any longer.
