(Modified) Plugin_Resources not updated upon 'Create/update Predeclared and Annex Properties'' #197

For some unknown reason all of the files in Plugin_Resources are marked (Modified). Invoking 'Create/update Predeclared and Annex Properties' doesn't restore them: (couldn't include .tiff snapshot)

I have noticed too that sometimes they get tagged as modified - I do not know for sure why.

Update/create only updates those files that have not been modified - assuming that you were the person that modified them originally.

You can do one of two things: 1) Delete the plugin resources project and then invoke the create/update command. 2) Select all the files in the plugins project and invoke "Revoke to contributed version" in the context menu.

We could have a separate command for update that overrides any modifications and one that does not.

"Revert to contributed version" strangely remove (Modified) from AADL_Project.aadl and behavior_properties.aadl, but not others. Attempting to delete Plugin_Resources left only those two files with the error message: (oops it didn't copy the marked text to the clipboard) manually: "Could not delete read-only file:" . . . However create/update Predeclared and Annex Properties brought back all the other files without (Modified).
