Reinstantiate on a single instance model file and on all instance models in the workspace was partially implemented.

Instantiate command when invoked in AADL text editor was following hyperlink to identify selection.

New command to go to declarative model source of an instance object in the instance model.

Predeclared property sets in Plugin Resources should have an update command (not updating user modified files) and a reset (which updates all files to the latest originals).
