EMV2.aadl being included with OSATE #290

EMV2.aadl is currently included in OSATE testing releases. If the user does not have the error modeling annex plugins installed, the property set will have errors. Suggests including the property set with the error modelling annex plugin.

The EMV2 property set is only in the error-model annex plugin. Please see https://github.com/osate/ErrorModelV2/tree/master/org.osate.xtext.aadl2.errormodel/resources/properties

Okay. I must of had a weird eclipse install. I didn't think I had installed it and the file kept coming back so the only way to get rid of the error was to install the plugin(I had already updated everything).
