What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I was able to see the form on my phone up to yesterday
2. I am making changes in my form every day but nothing very special
3. Today, after making more changes (final version is attached), and being able
to download it on Ona, I get a message error when I want to upload it on my
phone("unfortunately, ODK collect has stopped").
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the error message saying ODK has stopped,
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All the info is in the attached docs (I used Cat Log)
Please provide any additional information below.
