ODK aggregate install error #1116

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. run installer
2. when I get to running the script and enter my gmail account and password, I 
get a end-script failure

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Looking for java... 
Using JAVA_HOME and updating PATH 
---END-SCRIPT-FAILURE--- 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK Aggregate v1.4.5 windows-installer
Java Version 7 Update 75 (1.7.0_75-b13) (64bit)
Windows 7 service pack 1 (64bit), logged in as administrator.
