What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a demonstration form making use of select_one_external and itemsets.csv
(test case attached)
2. get to question that uses the external data
3. get an error on Blu or Asus, but not on Samsung
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Form happiness. Instead: error messages attached.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK-Collect: 1.45
Samsung S3 OS (works): 4.3
Blu OS: 4.3
Asus OS: 4.1.1
Please provide any additional information below.
Total commander reports the following file paths:
Samsung: /storage/emulated/0/odk/forms/cascading select test ext
repeat-media/itemsets.csv
Asus: /storage/sdcard0/odk/forms/cascading select test ext
repeat-media/itemsets.csv
Blu: /storage/emulated/0/odk/forms/cascading select test ext
repeat-media/itemsets.csv (same as the samsung - my guess was something in the
file path, but that doesn't seem to be it).
