  2. Click to Unpublished tab, click 'Publish' for this package

issue: first confirmation screen has a blank warning bar (see screenshot) in all browsers

Thomas Quigley (12/13/2012) : NOTE (magnum) - I don't believe that this a warning. I believe it's because there are not parameters for the task, so the parameter section is empty. Maybe we can add text to that affect (i.e. No Parameters)
