API - Network - sync up GetAccountNetworks and GetNetworkDetails so they return the same field/values #470

currently, the GetAccountNetworks call will return Port Group Name for Name and Network Name for Description.
GetNetworkDetails returns Network Name for Name and Network Description for Description.

We should look into making these consistent across the 2 methods
